Hello! My name is Joelle and I am an Artist and art instructor located in the D.C. area. I have 3 years experience teaching fine art to both kids and adults and 20 years of art experience. I was born and raised in Washington state and attended Tacoma School of the Arts, focusing on the fine arts from 2003-2006. In 2010 I graduated from the University of Washington with my BA.
