Language has been a fascination for me for decades and I have studied it most of my life. I have a certification to teach ESL and have many years of studying other languages. I lived overseas growing up and know what it's like not to be understood. I homeschooled my children in all subjects, taught a class in ESL for adults and served as an assistant in a camp for kids.Having spent time in another country, I feel compassion for those adapting to this culture.
