I have over 15 years' experience working with elementary age children both in a classroom setting and as a tutor. I have been certified by the State of Virginia as a K-8 teacher and have held an endorsement as a Reading Recovery teacher for K-2. My strengths are helping children in reading and writing, but I can also assist with mathematics up through the 5th grade level.I have a love of teaching and learning.
