My name is Myra and I am here to help! I have the patience and time to ensure that you not only understand the work, but also have fun doing it. I find that one-on-one tutoring works the best. I do assign homework and give tests. I firmly believe in having a flexible structure so that students know what to expect, oftentimes a "getting started" activity is used to transition into the tutoring session. I break the session into several shorter segments of various activities, i.e., 10 minutes
