Jennifer has been an educator for 23 years, working as an elementary teacher, reading specialist, and university instructor. As a literacy instructor, she tutors students in areas of need, works at the university to prepare future teachers and provides staff development for current teachers to improve literacy instruction. She presents at local, national, and international conferences on various literacy topics, mentoring new teachers, and using technology as an instructional tool.
