My name is Courtney, I am currently a teacher assistant at a behavioral/special needs school. This is my seventh year there, and can honestly say I love my job. Throughout my years there, I have learned how to deal with behavioral kids as well as kids who in addition have learning difficulties. I help out the teacher whenever she needs extra assistance helping the kids in their school work and help manage their behaviors. Once a week, I run an art project or some kind of arts and crafts project
