My name is Liz and I love teaching History/Social Studies. My specialty is American History and more specifically the Civil War. I believe a good teacher has an enthusiasm for the subject they are teaching. History is about the times of ordinary people doing extraordinary things. Of course, there are dates to remember, but that is a minor component compare to the historical outcomes which continue to influence are world today.
