I lived and worked in Japan for many years for the U.S. Army using my bilingual skills to negotiate agreements between the U.S. Army and various Japanese Governmental agencies. Back in the United States, I worked for an arm of the Japanese Government helping Japanese businesses in developing International Trade with in the United States.
