I studied Engineering (Electrical) at the Indian Institute of Technology (IIT Roorkee), India. This is ranked the 4th best engineering school in India today. I have held a number of high ranking government roles in the Department of Telecommunication in India and as an official representative in other countries before retiring and teaching engineering to graduate students.
