I love empowering individuals to learn. I began teaching in college, when I was a teaching assistant for a variety of science classes. In graduate school, I worked at the undergraduate writing center, helping students improve their writing skills so they could succeed at the college level. My work at the writing center included working with ESL students and first-generation college students.
