I have a huge passion for teaching students who struggle! I graduated from Longwood University with a Bachelor's degree in Elementary Education PreK-6. Currently, I am finishing up my 9th year teaching. I have taught in grades 1, 3, 4, and 5; however, I have 2 daughters so I am familiar with all grade level expectations PreK-6. My specialty is working with those students who take a little bit longer to catch on. I have taught in a collaboration classroom with general education students
