I graduated Summa Cum Laude from Berklee College of Music with a dual Bachelor of Music in Performance and Jazz Composition. Though deeply rooted in jazz, my experience performing and composing for a wide range of musical styles has informed me in ways that many musicians are not, due to their limited abilities and stylistic preferences. Thus, I am able to pass that information and experience along to my students, regardless of style or ability. I also have an extensive background in composition
