I have been a teacher in the public school system for 24 years. I was teacher of the year for my building in 2008. I received both my undergraduate and Masters degrees from The University of Akron. My undergraduate is in the area of Education of the Handicapped grades K-12 and my Masters is in Literacy with a Reading Endorsement.
