I have been a substitute teacher in Hays County schools for three years. I have taught in just about every school there.I have taught in many resource classes where I work one on one or in small groups with students.I enjoy working with elementary level students who need a bit of extra help, and I strive to make learning fun. I use many strategies to help students learn and believe in tailoring the lesson to the child. I maintain a positive attitude with lots of positive reinforcement
