I have been working with Special Education students since 1999, first as a paraprofessional and then as a teacher. I have worked with all levels of students, but my favorites are junior high and high school. I have worked at schools in Kansas, Texas, and New York City. Through all of my years working with Special Education students, I have always spent extra time tutoring them if they needed it. I love tutoring because I love to see when the students finally have their "AHA!" moments.
