I am currently in my 3rd year of teaching. This year I teach 7th grade science. I taught all the subjects in 4th grade last year. Each year I taught, I also provided before and after school tutoring. The tutoring sessions were more relaxed then a normal classroom setting. There were more games and group work incorporated. There was also an incentive/reward system set in place to encourage the students. I love teaching students news things and love seeing them learn. I love when I can see
