Why History? I love history because it teaches me how to understand the world! My first teaching job was with a Level II alternative school that scared me to death. I couldn't understand how I would be able to get these students interested in history and be willing to learn from me. In the end, these students empowered me by proving that a willing teacher will produce willing students.
