Over the last few years Tammi has helped several students, including her own two children, write winning college essays. Tammi spent her first twenty professional years working with families, and hopes to write for children. In 2013 she was editor of a book of poetry by Henry W. Longfellow. She released her debut novel as an eBook. Her poems are in several anthologies, most recently one that featured a forward by Justice Ginsburg. She has also won a prestigious poetry award. Tammi
