I am currently a teaching fellow at John Jay College of Criminal Justice, CUNY, where I teach English composition and rhetoric. I am also currently working on my Ph.D. at the Graduate Center, CUNY; my dissertation focuses on reading and writing pedagogy for college students. I am passionate about education, and I have made teaching center of professional life, both in my research and my dedication to my classes. I have also been teaching writing at the Cathedral School on the Upper East Side
