I have an MEd from University of La Verne. I have taught English, journalism, and ESL classes for more than 10 years in public high schools and enjoy working one-on-one with high school and adult students. I have helped students improve reading comprehension, writing skills, understanding literature, giving oral presentations, and expanding vocabulary as well as spelling improvement.I am very patient, and if something isn't working, I try multiple ways to help a student understand a concept.
