I received my Ph.D. in Biology from UCSD. My research interests are mostly in Neuroscience but I've also studied and done research on molecular biology. I love teaching, and I still do it on a volunteer basis through the Salk Institute's science outreach program. We try to get get underprivileged kids interested in science by going to local high schools and doing simple experiments with them.
