I hold a Bachelor of Arts degree in piano performance from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville. I also received pedagogical and performance training from the North Carolina School of the Arts, Salem College, and Wake Forest University. I studied "injury preventative technique" at Salem College under the direction of Barbara Lister-Sink, author of critically acclaimed DVD series "Freeing the Caged Bird-Developing Well-Coordinated, Injury Preventive Piano Technique." I have been performing
