I have been a school counselor for the past seven years in an elementary school. My experience includes providing counseling, delivering classroom guidance lessons and teaching small groups in reading and writing. I am able to help with behavior that impacts academic performance. Some behaviors of students may appear defiant, but it can be a way to divert their inability to perform at grade level. Reading is essential in our everyday lives.In graduate school, my project was to promote lit
