My experience in education began in 1982 at a university in South America. I taught ESL classes to college students at two universities concurrently. As a result, I learned to speak and read Spanish. After returning from Ecuador, I tutored English as a Second Language at Middlesex County College. Recently, I tutored English and ESL at a community college for five years in Houston, Texas.
