I am American born but lived and worked abroad where much of my life was spent in international business. I was a sales and customer service director which required excellent written and verbal skills. My second area of expertise was training customer service and sales staffs. This ultimately led to me becoming an Oxford certified ESL/TEFL/TOEFL instructor. It was a natural evolution in my career and it ties in to my corporate training experience.I love to teach. A class needs to include th
