I have been a teacher and tutor for more than 12 years, mostly in private schools. My positions have included: math specialist in grades 1-3, math specialist in grades 5-6 (elementary), and 6th grade math teacher (middle). I have tutored in math, science, and writing, including college essays.I spent one year writing, developing, and testing formative assessments to cover Common Core math standards for the state of Florida as a part of the Mathematics Formative Assessment System project.
