I believe that I can best help students by first learning what they already know through pretesting. I then design and implement an individual program that builds on those skills to master the additional skills wanted or required by the student. I believe in supporting, encouraging, and reinforcing students for success including progress toward their goals not yet reached. I have worked since 1969 as an educator at both public schools and colleges with preschool through graduate level students.
