I've tutored kids in kindergarten through college in reading, writing, and the English language. Until my first daughter was born, I worked at an elementary school in Virginia, helping kids from all over the world learn English. I also worked as a private tutor doing test prep for the SAT and TOEFL, as well as general reading and writing skills, and right out of college I was a newspaper proofreader. My favorite part of tutoring is getting to know my students' interests and finding material that
