I'm John S., a Language Arts teacher in Omaha. I have been teaching for 8 years. It is my second career, having been in the military and in sales. I was born in Detroit in 1963 and moved to Omaha in 1982. I went to college to finally realize my dream of becoming a teacher, when I was 42! I started at Metro, went on the UNO in Omaha, majoring in Secondary Education, Language Arts. I then went on to Arkansas State to gain my Master's in Education.I have a ESL Endorsement from Omaha Public School
