I have been an instructor from k through higher education for 30 years. I hold a joint doctoral degree in anthropology and social work from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. I use transformative or popular pedagogical approaches to teach my students the skills they desire by focusing on their own interests and important topics in their local and global context.
