I have always loved learning and that love doubled when I started teaching. I realize that in the process of teaching, you also learn. There is an exchange between teacher and student which is invaluable to both. In life, I've always thought the most effective way to teach was by example. The words you say don't matter unless your actions reinforce them. I also feel you can only be an effective teacher if you are willing to listen and learn from your students.
