I believe a tutor’s purpose is to prepare their students with the skills needed to be successful in the future. Each student has his or her own needs, therefore, it is the tutor’s job to recognize those needs and fulfill them to their greatest potential. A tutor should do this by remaining open-minded, dedicated, and passionate. Students succeed the most when they have high yet obtainable expectations set for them. Tutors owe it to their students to be consistent, supportive, and confident in t
