After spending the past three years as an elementary school teacher I have recently taken time off to raise my young child. I have spent a significant amount of time teaching 2nd grade as well as some time in kindergarten readiness and 4th grade.I would be comfortable tutoring any subject from kindergarten through 5th grade however my specialty is within the language arts department- reading, spelling, grammar, phonetics, et cetera.
