I am a recently retired training and management professional. My primary responsibilities have been in the field of teaching and training many individuals of all ages to become successful employees in the fields of business, customer service, communication skills, and leadership. My skills are well honed in English, public speaking, organizational skills, and business knowledge. I taught for the American Red Cross in four levels of first aid as well as CPR for adults and babies. I am very kn
