My educational background is as follows: I finished my undergraduate degree from Amherst College, 1985; majored in economics with concentration in math. I have Master's degrees from MIT (Business administration) in 1987 and Rensselaer Hartford (Computer science and engineering) in 1992. I've also taken courses more recently in Psychology, Biology, and Medical Interpreting, so I know what it's like to be a student.I had a 28 year career in finance before retiring at the end of 2015. I work
