I am currently a teacher at Golden West College, where I assist in teaching English 98 and 99, which are both developmental courses. My goal at my job is to increase the passing rates in both subjects and build the students' confidence. I am aware of the drop-out rates at the community college level, and I believe that a good and motivating teacher can change the doubt that clouds in students' minds. I love teaching, and I honestly never thought I would enjoy it until I started tutoring at GWC
