I am a semi-retired Ph.D. chemist (Case Western Reserve University) with nearly 30 years experience in research and development in the specialty chemicals industry. I've held various positions, ultimately I lead a large team doing fundamental exploratory research. Over the years I've mentored and/or tutored hundreds of people both in science in general, and topics specifically related to the industry in which I worked. Having more free time in my semi-retired state I've been volunteering as
