I have played football at all levels: little league, high school, and junior college, and I received a full scholarship after 2 years of junior college, and became a free agent in the NFL as a defensive back. I played for the Colts, Eagles, and Browns. I teach defensive players the basics of the game. I specialize on defensive backs. My emphasis is on knowledge, strength, cardio and willingness to learn. My techniques and philosophies allow slower athletes to play faster.
