Let me start by saying that I still have a passion for what I do everyday and that is teaching math! I have taught Math for 21 years, of which 7 of those have been 5th grade and 14 of them have been 6th grade. I love teaching the kids who struggle with math as I never understood it at their age either. I have found that having had the same struggles as a 5th and 6th grader has allowed me to better reach all of my students. I use various methods to help each and every kid learn. I want them to kn
