I am currently a 3rd grade teacher at an elementary school in Ohio. I switched career fields three years ago to full-fill my life long goal of acquiring a teaching position. I was a full time deputy sheriff for 12 years prior to becoming a teacher. In my classroom, and anytime I interact with students, I provide a safe, challenging and caring environment in which individual student needs are met through building relationships connected to real world experience.
