I am a retired teacher/administrator. I have 20 years' experience teaching grades 6-12. I taught both Spanish and social studies and was the department chairperson for both subjects. Additionally, once I attained my Master's degree in ESL, I taught classes at the college level. Later, I earned a Doctorate degree in Bilingual Education/Curriculum & Instruction and taught graduate courses at Wayne State University. Before retiring, I took a one-year position as Director of Curriculum & Instruction
