I chose teaching after successfully tutoring my own nieces and nephews when they arrived in the United States after being in a Missionary Family being home schooled. 5 of them went successfully through Junior College and then on to Honors at Berkley, UCLA, Cal Arts and San Diego University. During this time I was in Graduate School training to become a Community College Teacher and have received the California Certified Teacher Certificate. My motivation comes from the love of young people
