Matt graduated from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona with a Bachelor’s of Science degree in Finance. Matt started his professional career in corporate finance / investment management (fixed income) where he learned hands on corporate finance as well as gained valuable experience and knowledge in bond portfolio management and interest rates. With a solid finance background in place, Matt had the opportunity to expand his career into the real estate industry where he became a mo
