I received a BS in Elementary Education from Lamar University in Beaumont in 1974. I have an MA in Adult and Continuing Education from UTSA in 1998, and I have an MS in IT Management from Colorado Technical University completed online in 2007.I taught in Texas for four years; elementary and high school special education, and four years of teaching basic math skills to ex-military at Fort Leavenworth.
