After having nine children of my own and homeschooling many of them, I wanted to become a certified teacher. This desire was fueled in part because I had a few children of my own that learned differently and some of the teachers did not want to figure out what worked for them. I want to be the kind of teacher that can teach a child the way that they learn. That is the only way to be an effective teacher. I am currently in my senior year of classes to finish my degree in Early Childhood Education
