I've been teaching private music lessons since 2001, with experience including traditional and jazz piano, electric, acoustic, and classical guitar (as well as banjo), trumpet and trombone, drum set and concert percussion (including 4 mallet technique), and tutoring in theory and musicianship. I have also taught K-5 general music, concert and jazz band, orchestra, accompanied children's and jazz choirs, and held weekly jazz jam sessions for middle- and high-school students.Teaching has been
