I attended the University of Connecticut, with focus on liberal arts class work. I am a graduate of the Culinary Institute of America and was a full-time Resident Assistant as well as a participating member of Chef's Sustaining Agriculture throughout my tenure. In Middle School and High School I was a tutor and also a member of the Big Brother Program. I have always found it rewarding and enriching to to help others learn. I think one of the most important things to be aware of as a tutor is
