I am a business professional. I teach my employees. I am not a professional school teacher. Teaching is the simple action of transferring knowledge between people. A teacher is the person with two core skill sets: 1) the possession of knowledge and 2) the ability to communicate and transfer that knowledge to someone else. A great teacher is someone who communicates in the way the students need, and inspires them to be passionate about learning and the learning process. A great teacher is
