I am from the area originally, I went through the U-46 band program and the Visual and Performing Arts Academy at Larkin HIgh School. I took saxophone lessons and played in the youth jazz band at ECC. I received a BA in Jazz Studies with a concentration in saxophone from DePaul University in Chicago. Aside from saxophone, I also play drum set, bass guitar, flute, piano, guitar, and clarinet.
