Hello, my name is Marsha and I really want to help you learn. From 1983-1991 I was an instructor for what the State of Michigan calls 'Skill Centers'. At that time, it was a system designed to help high school students prepare for college, for adult education, continuing education and special programs for at risk students. I was active in all these programs.In addition, when I moved to Decatur I substitute taught in the school system, was an instructor in the evening adult education progr
